The ski industry is full of enthusiasts who dream of developing a revolutionary product or changing the industry, but more often than not their idea has either been done before or the dream fizzles out before it sees the light of day - but not in the case of Renoun.

As a young start up brand founded in 2011, Renoun had quietly developed and launched a revolutionary ski technology.

For Renoun, product development came easy, but navigating a way to introduce and position the brand within and industry of established competition was not as simple. Four Nine stepped in to lend branding and positioning expertise to conduct a brand immersion, define the brands target consumer, and provide copy-writing and overall brand strategy direction.

Balance by V. Fraas

As a leading supplier of scarves and accessories, V. Fraas - the German based textile manufacturer had been paying attention to the booming Athleisure market with the success of brands like Lululemon and Athleta.

They also realized there was a lack of accessories within the market and with their manufacturing expertise they were primed and ready to tap into the market… but first they needed a well crafted brand identity to do so.

Four Nine developed and delivered a comprehensive brand launch plan that included a brand immersion, target consumer id, taglines and copywriting.

Dr. Dynasaur 2.0

When a coalition of Vermont consumer groups, labor organizations, medical professionals and businesses lead by Main Street Alliance set out to expand one of Vermont’s leading health care programs they knew they needed a creative campaign to deliver their messaging.

With a long history as an acclaimed program and a well known "brand" Four Nine was tasked with creating a brand evolution and a comprehensive communication campaign to help launch this public awareness campaign.

To do so we developed a campaign name, tagline, logo, messaging and used a focus group to test and refine the messaging.
